Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care via telehealth platforms for diverse populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct virtual assessments, medication management, and health education
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHRs) and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and telehealth protocols
- Provide clinical support to on-site staff during complex cases

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Telehealth or remote nursing experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Flexibility to travel within Los Angeles County as needed
