Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via telehealth calls and prioritize care based on urgency
- Provide accurate medical advice and triage recommendations per established protocols
- Collaborate with local providers and emergency services for critical cases
- Document patient encounters meticulously in EHR systems
- Monitor patient follow-ups and coordinate care continuity

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana (or compact state)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in emergency or urgent care
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
