As a key member of our healthcare network, you will utilize your critical thinking skills to evaluate patient symptoms, provide expert medical guidance, and ensure seamless continuity of care from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone and digital health triage assessments for patients.
- Evaluate symptoms against established clinical guidelines to determine the appropriate level of care.
- Document all patient interactions and care plans accurately in the EMR system.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or emergency services when necessary.
- Provide patient education on preventative health and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurse practitioners.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the United States (Missouri preferred or compact state).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a triage or urgent care setting.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote documentation systems.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate complex EMRs.
- Exceptional communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
