Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls via telehealth platform to determine medical urgency and appropriate care pathways
- Provide accurate clinical guidance and triage recommendations per established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists for complex case consultations
- Maintain detailed electronic health records with precise documentation
- Manage emergency situations by activating appropriate response protocols
- Support continuous improvement of triage workflows and clinical guidelines
Qualifications
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with triage/ER background
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Strong assessment skills and decision-making abilities
- Experience with telehealth platforms or remote nursing
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills
