Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and nurses before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Prepare operating rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a sterile field.
- Pass surgical instruments and supplies to surgeons with speed and accuracy.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during anesthesia.
- Maintain accurate records of surgical instruments and supplies used.
- Transport patients to and from the operating suite safely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
