Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical areas including ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and specialty units
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare settings and patient populations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (specialty-specific certs may apply)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for local travel assignments
