Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in ICU/ER/Telemetry units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital protocols
- Assess patient needs and implement care plans
- Provide education to patients and families
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- 1+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry/ICU/ER specialization preferred
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
