Responsibilities
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilize evidence-based protocols to evaluate patient symptoms via phone or secure video, determining the appropriate level of care.
- Triage & Referral: Make critical medical decisions and referrals to physicians, specialists, or emergency services when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Health Education: Provide patients with clear, actionable instructions regarding medication management and preventative health.
- Shift Coordination: Manage a flexible roster of shifts designed to accommodate your personal schedule.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a triage, urgent care, or telehealth setting.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
- Technology: Proficiency in navigating EMR/EHR software and telehealth platforms.
