Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and med-surg units
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare protocols and electronic medical record systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific standards
- Provide mentorship to permanent staff during transition periods
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to travel within 30 days of assignment acceptance
