Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting any changes or complications to the charge nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and healing environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (preferred for travel roles).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Valid RN license and proof of immunizations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and diverse patient populations.
