Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and charts.
- Adapt quickly to new environments and hospital protocols.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and fluctuating patient needs.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (Critical Care preferred).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for contract assignments.
