Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and comprehensive health assessments in dynamic medical environments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and clinical expertise.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Flexibility to travel and work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
