- Provide direct patient care in ICU/Stepdown units
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Implement patient care plans and documentation

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
- 1+ years ICU/Stepdown experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- Ability to adapt to new healthcare systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
