Responsibilities
- Assess incoming patient calls to determine urgency and appropriate care level
- Triage patients according to severity using established protocols

- Provide compassionate guidance to patients and families during stressful situations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Recent nursing graduate or new grads welcome to apply
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
