What You Will Do
- Perform comprehensive telephone and video-based patient assessments to determine the appropriate level of care.
- Evaluate patient symptoms and medical history to provide accurate triage recommendations.
- Document patient interactions and clinical decisions into electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
- Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to develop effective treatment plans.
- Manage and prioritize incoming patient queues to ensure timely responses.
- Provide health education and wellness advice to patients and their families.

Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year specifically in triage or telehealth preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems (EMR/EHR).
