Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency using evidence-based triage protocols
- Communicate critical patient information to physicians and care teams with precision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
- Provide compassionate guidance to patients and families during high-stress situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and resource allocation

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana with minimum 2 years ED/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and telehealth triage platforms
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in rapid patient assessment and intervention
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Availability for immediate start and flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends)
