Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Coordinate care plans with RNs and family members
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to emergency situations per protocol
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience (home care preferred)
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
