Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Assist with ADLs, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHRs)
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient mobility and rehabilitation exercises
Qualifications
- Active MA CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Pass background/drug screening
- Flexibility to cover multiple Boston locations
