Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and ambulation
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and interventions
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Serve as patient advocate during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
