Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Perform digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for optimal efficiency
- Provide chairside assistance and patient education on oral hygiene
- Coordinate scheduling and inventory management for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DANB or state-recognized)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or dental practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification and radiology permit
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
