Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and verify prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and rotation of pharmaceutical products
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records using pharmacy software systems
- Provide exceptional customer service while educating patients on medication usage
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and pharmacy regulations including HIPAA

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in District of Columbia
- Prior experience in retail or hospital pharmacy setting (1+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS/1, Omnicell)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
