Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional direct patient care in acute and critical care settings during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient vitals, responses to treatments, and progress
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform life-saving interventions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure night shift environments
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with extensive experience considered
