Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Monitor and respond to patient changes in condition with rapid intervention
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
- Maintain precise medication administration records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize critical situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
