- Monitor vital signs and report changes in health conditions to care team
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities using personal vehicle
- Light housekeeping tasks and medication reminders as specified in care plans
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate effectively with family members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Compassionate personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in using care documentation software
