Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping and meal planning
- Document care notes and client progress
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Background check clearance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
