Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Support nurses with clinical procedures and medication administration

Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification
