As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring they maintain a high quality of life while enjoying the comfort of familiar surroundings.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversation, activities, and social interactions to reduce loneliness and improve mental well-being.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and client preferences.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take their medications at the prescribed times and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for the client.
- Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, social events, or shopping trips as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and the eagerness to complete our paid training program.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED preferred.
