Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Vital Signs: Accurately monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  • Hygiene & Comfort: Ensure patient rooms are clean and tidy; provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
  • Medication Assistance: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the RN or physician, following strict protocols.
  • Communication: Report any changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the nursing supervisor immediately.

Qualifications
