Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing team and family members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Arizona.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
