The Role: As a Night Shift CNA, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents during the overnight hours. You will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver exceptional care and maintain a positive living environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature.
- Assist residents with mobility, transferring, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Respond promptly to call lights and patient requests during the night shift.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding for residents with special dietary needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records.
- Communicate any changes in a resident's condition or behavior to the Charge Nurse immediately.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required, valid in the State of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Compassionate and patient-centered attitude towards elderly care.
