Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to medical appointments.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or family.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medication as prescribed and document care logs accurately.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in home health or caregiving is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
