What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures, including four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to strict infection control protocols.
- Take and develop digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
- Explain treatment plans and post-operative care instructions to patients in a clear, friendly manner.
- Manage patient records, update charts, and maintain accurate inventory of dental supplies.
Qualifications
- Current RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) or DA (Dental Assistant) license in California.
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform fine motor tasks.
