Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Administer prescribed medications using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Assist with mobility using provided transfer aids
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Operate medical equipment (oxygen monitors, lift systems)
- Transport clients using company-provided vehicles
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to operate medical equipment (training provided)
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for seniors
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends
