Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and med-surg units
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention

Qualifications
- Valid New York State RN license (or compact eligibility)
- BSN degree from accredited institution (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
