Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided equipment (lifts, walkers)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient condition reports
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe environment
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company vehicle
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Texas HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
