Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise as prescribed by their physician.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team immediately.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is highly preferred.
- Current valid state licensure and a valid Driver’s License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
