Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse or case manager.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
- Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid CNA or HHA certification (or willingness to obtain through our paid training program).
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely (physical stamina required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
