Responsibilities
- Perform advanced clinical procedures including coronal polishing, sealant application, and digital radiography
- Lead infection control protocols and OSHA compliance initiatives
- Mentor and train dental assistants on new technologies and techniques
- Manage inventory and ordering for clinical supplies while maintaining budget efficiency
- Assist with complex procedures including oral surgery and orthodontic cases
- Utilize practice management software for scheduling and patient records
- Deliver exceptional patient education and comfort management
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Advanced knowledge of dental materials and equipment
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Proficiency in digital radiography (Dexis/Sirona) and practice management software
- Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and infection control discipline
