Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document EHR entries
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Participate in rapid response and code blue scenarios
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (Compact license accepted)
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- Electronic Health Records proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights)
- Pass background and drug screening
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
