Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing a comprehensive nursing care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient care services in medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and home care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates with exceptional potential are encouraged to apply.
