Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient assessments and care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license in Illinois or ability to obtain
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Passion for patient advocacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Completion of clinical rotations or new grad program preferred
