Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments to determine patient urgency and prioritize care needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans and coordinate interventions
- Document clinical encounters accurately in EHR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Provide expert guidance to patients regarding home care, medication management, and follow-up protocols
- Manage high-volume call centers during peak hours with exceptional efficiency and empathy
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and triage protocol development
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada with minimum 2 years emergency or urgent care experience
- BLS/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Experience with Epic or similar clinical documentation systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
