Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and resident condition changes
- Assist with mobility transfers, ambulation, and restorative care programs
- Support meal service and ensure dietary needs are met
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
