Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical progress, documenting all data accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the United States.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (ACLS preferred for critical care units).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty setting.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and high-volume workflows.
- Proof of immunizations and negative TB test results.
