Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Adhere to hospital protocols and state regulations
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Assess patient conditions and implement treatment plans
- Precept new staff and orient to facility protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry or ICU experience preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
- Flexibility for 8-12 hour shifts
- Valid driver's license for local travel
