Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and determine the appropriate level of care required.
- Accurately measure and record vital signs and medical histories.
- Provide clear, empathetic instructions to patients regarding follow-up care and medication management.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Manage high patient volume in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
- Maintain precise documentation of all triage activities and interactions in the EMR.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of California.
- Must be a nursing student in your final semester or a recent graduate (No Experience Required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively in a team.
