Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support medical staff with treatments and procedures
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
